Our Commitment.

HEMBIO CORPORATION

Our forest has experience continuous reduction in biomass due to the illegal practice of logging, since families periodically take advantage of the wood when economic needs arise.

Commercial logging is historically and important source of income in the projects areas and is the focus of the REDD projects.

After the gradual degradation of the forest generated by the continuous extraction of wood, many forested areas change their use to agriculture and pastures.

From the conception of the projects, local communities have been actively involved in the formulation and implementation of the projects.

The early involvement of the community has strengthened and prepared its members for its implementation been HemBio an active facilitator of this projects.
